Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know what wonderful staff you have working for you.  I inquired about a merry-go-round carousel music box that you had advertised on you website.  I wanted to know if you had this particular item in stock before I ordered off you website.  Rosalyn looked into this matter for me and notified me that your company did not have it in stock and could not get it from the company who made it; they were going out of business.  Rosalyn informed me of other carousels that your company offered; she even gave me the item number to enable me to look at these items on your web page.  

When I got home and went to your web page, I could not find any of the items she gave me.  I called her on the phone and she assisted me in trying to find them on your web page and other web pages of the companies you purchase your items from.  Rosalyn also described another carousel you had in the store to me and also assisted me in trying to find this particular carousel on the web so that I could see what I would be purchasing.  We could not find it.  Rosalyn then asked Sandy for assistance in describing this carousel to me.  They both did a fantastic job in describing the carousel, but I was reluctant to purchase something that I could not visualize.  Sandy suggested that they take a picture of it on a cell phone and send it to me via my cell phone.  Neither lady had a cell phone that took pictures but Sandy suggested that she would go next door to and adjacent store and see if someone there would be willing to take a picture and send it to me.   Sandy did accomplish this and then she also gave me a courtesy call to let me know that I would be receiving a picture of the carousel.  After I received the picture, I was very excited and purchased the carousel.  This will be a wonderful gift for the extern who has helped me out tremendously to show her how much I have appreciated her help.

Your employees, Rosalyn and Sandy, should be commended on a job well done.  They both went above and beyond the call of duty and responsibilities to ensure the satisfaction
of a customer.  They were my little Angels that assisted me in finding the perfect gift that I was looking for.  If had not been for their kindness and willingness to assist me, I would have went elsewhere.  You have two gems working for you and they should be recognized for the outstanding job that they have done.  I am very grateful for everything they assisted me with and would also like to state upon receiving the package I was very pleased with my purchase.
