Returns

1. All claims for broken, defective, or damaged merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt.

2. For broken merchandise, it is the buyer’s responsibility to call the UPS office. Original packing, including the outer box must be kept even if no damage has been made to it. If a replacement cannot be sent, a credit or refund will be issued.

3. All returns must be insured for the value of the item. Defective or damaged items will be replaced if available. Credit will be given on return shipping charges. For items returned for any other reason, buyer assumes responsibility of return shipping charges.

4. Under the following conditions, no refunds or exchanges will be given:

Shipping/Insurance

Orders less than $100 will incur shipping/insurance charges of $9.75.  All orders over $100.00 are shipped & insured free via UPS Ground.  Additional charges will apply for express shipping.

Drop-shipped items (items shipped directly from the manufacturer) may incur additional charges.

We strive to process all orders within 24-72 hours. If there is a delay, we will notify you via phone or email.

Your credit card is not charged until we are ready to ship your order.  Partial shipments are allowed without customer incuring extra shipping charges.

You can track all packages with the UPS tracking number given to you when your order ships.

For all insurance claims, save all original product and packaging.
