| Return Policy:
1. All claims for broken, defective, or damaged merchandise must be made
within 10 days of receipt.
2. For broken merchandise, it is the buyer’s responsibility to
call the UPS
office. Original packing, including the outer box must be kept even if
no
damage has been made to it. If a replacement cannot be sent, a credit
or
refund will be issued.
3. All returns must be insured for the value of the item. Defective or
damaged items will be replaced if available. Credit will be given on return
shipping charges. For items returned for any other reason, buyer assumes
responsibility of return shipping charges.
4. Under the following conditions, no refunds or exchanges will be given:
- 10 days have passed since submitting the request
- The item does not have original box, certificates, and
paperwork
- The item is not returned in an outer box similar to the way it was
shipped.
- Markings have been made to the original box
- UPS inspection did not have all necessary materials
